It is time for many short-term staff to move in again this year. In order to avoid crowding at the counter, please have one person from your business office complete the transfer procedure at the Residents’ Division counter as a representative of the new resident, instead of the new resident himself/herself. We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all business owners.
A person who has been issued a Residence Card need to register his/her address /place of residence (file moving-in notification) within 14 days after his/her residence has been determined.
To file the notification, either a Residence Card or passport is needed.
